The Durban Centrum Redevelopment carries a R11.5-billion price tag as a catalytic project in South Africa’s inner city. Implementation runs from 2027 to 2032 and targets a high-density mixed-use precinct. In the United States, Centro received a record $74 million through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal, described as a 34 percent increase for operations and capital expenses over five years.
